Esmeralda

The city of water with networks of canals & streets span and intersect each other.

Paths span to give any two points the shortest distance between them not a straight line, but a zigzag through optional routes that are open to passersby in large amounts.

It is a vertical city with paths connecting the different levels without repetition.

These paths take the form of rivers or pavements.

The above abstract city is how I interpreted its original source material, and created a structure with negative and positive space that are woven to provide pathways that all lead to everywhere, like the phrase "All roads lead to rome", except here all paths lead to one another.
